2025 GLC350e recommend psi

Hi all,

Picked up our GLC350e in February from the dealer. The front tires were 45psi and back tires 49psi. Received a low pressure warning on all tires today and corrected the pressure.

The fuel door recommends 37 psi front and 40 psi unloaded 41 psi front and 47 psi rear loaded. I found it interesting the dealer inflated the tires so much. I inflated it to the normal load spec of 37 and 40. The ride feels awful and cracks are more rough. I am considering going to full loaded, however most of the time it's just two in the car. Running 19 inch Continental ContiProContact GX.

What psi do you all run it on?

Yes do the cold tire pressures on the fuel cap depending on load, driving style, ride comfort, get a balance of everything.

Yes, they inflated it to such high pressure because the vehicles have to sit on the lot for a while especially during the time it traveled overseas for example. Usually this might help with preventing flat spots.

2025 GLC 350e
My 2025 GLC 350e was shipped to my home from a dealer in NY last December and tire pressures were high. I set them down to 37/40 (also resetting the low pressure warning set point) and the ride is not as harsh, as expected. I have the AMG Line option, so 20” wheels/tires.

Go with fuel cap. I’m mostly one person with a 15 miles 40-45mph on average daily drive. I keep them at 38lbs all around which works in Florida’s hot, flat, mostly smooth roads.

I tried many things, if you read one of the threads I linked last time when we had this discussion, you will know what I already tried.

2025 GLC 350e
For OP: The 350e has much more weight in the back than a 300 due the high voltage battery location above the rear axle. It’s more important to keep the front and back tires at different pressures, as the fuel lid sticker says. And for those of us with a 350e and AMG Line with staggered wheels/tires, tires cannot be rotated front to back, so even more important to follow the MB suggestion for staggered pressures, or close to it. IMO.
