GLC X254 Battery live
I recently got a GLC220d with plenty of amenities
Satisfied, let's say yes
I prefer to guess that problems arise from knowing each other
Let's focus on the issue now:
When starting the car after about 10 days, I got an alert on battery critical charge
Surprised since my previous cars could stay many weeks without caring for the battery level
Indeed, Mercedes used to have a "rest" option for when the car is not used for a while, as the manual for the X254 series accounts
Now for the Mild hybrid as well as on the Plug-in Hybrid the rest option disappeared resulting in a fast battery depletion
I wonder if any other user has undergone the same issue and possible solutions but for recharging the battery

Many here and on other MB forums have experienced the same battery problem including myself. My “ fix” came after I had three software updates (TSBs) and a battery replacement, all under warranty. Make sure your car has the most up to date software.

Another forum is glcforums.com >What’s New. What I like about MBWorld is that it is can be specific to your model GLC as in X254 and that it is monitored well.

I understand that in M-Bs with a propulsion battery (PHEV, BEV) the 12V battery can be topped up automatically by the high voltage one if required.

Does anyone know if there is a spare battery on non-Mild Hybrid GLCs to power the electric motor?
Which, by the way is a 16Hp, 12KW, and can't believe it can be powered by the 12V battery
