In the same boat, trying to sell my mint 01 Honda S2000. Doesn't handle has well but good enough, is faster, has a lot more comfort and tech that I can't see taking the S2K out that much anymore.

I recently sold my mint low mileage 2004 Corvette that I purchased new many years ago. I agree the GLC43 is possibly quicker and certainly has a better ride, better handling, better sound, better interior....pretty much better everything.

What's the mileage/info on that S2k? I might possibly be looking into a second weekend car

I'll let you know. Once it's broken in, I'll be moving my Dinan piggyback from the C450 over to the GLC43. That should put it very close to 400hp at the crank and at least 425tq.

I will never add power anymore to an engine.
Broke an engine last year at 70.000 km (ceisure in 1 of the 5 cylinders diesel) and increased oil consumption in another engine : tfsi gti with blue smoke at 80.000km

I'd be interested to see how that works... I'm always looking to go just a little faster, but with minimal modification.

I can't believe some people have the cojones to void their warranty on a brand new Mercedes ! I won't touch tuning, and I'm an N54 guy! But hey, more (horse)power to y'all

if you ever have an engine malfunction, you can count on Germany to find out that you were running more boost.

maybe, maybe not. Jury still seems to be out regarding the detection of Piggyback tuners. And the fact it came from Dinan is enough for me to have some comfort its a quality product that wont negatively affect the vehicle

From my reading, I've concluded that you can get lucky with an engine failure. If the engines fails and warranty inspector comes out and approves it without question, your in the clear. If he, however, decides to look at the stored logs OR MB engineers want to inspect the engine, you're probably screwed.
