GLC43 Tune

So I’ve got a 2017 GLC43 SUV with a pair of Armytrix ceramic dps and so called stg 1 tune! What I mostly feel is the new roar of the car! The performance hasn’t changed much. I used Racechip before installing these dps and the performance was way better! What im currently wondering is that can I install Racechip again on this car with this stg 1 tune? Or will it be problematic?

Your hp output is double that of every other tuner including Renntech for the GLC43. That's crazy unless its a typo.

Yes, that is correct. No typo!

We specialize in Mercedes-Benz and have been doing research and development on the M276 platform in particular since its first release in 2015 with the C400.

We tune more of this platform than any brand out there and now we offer our upgrade via our new comport handheld

Thanks guys for the reply! Just to your knowledge, i installed Racechip and tested it once more! The car’s like crazy! It did 0-100 km/h in 4.5 seconds and 0-200 km/h in under 16 seconds! I could upload the clip if you wanted! Btw I compared my car with many other tuner videos and I estimate it’s around 430 ps right now

Is it new/different Racechip unit or exactly the same Racechip unit that was causing your car to go to limp mode just a couple months back?

Good morning!

Those are pretty hefty claims from someone that has never even contacted us.

You can search the forum and find negative opinions on any brand, even the one you are promoting in your comment.

Who are these many people? You won't be able to mention them because they don't exist. We are more than professional and have done more research and development on the M276 platform than anyone out there.

As far as "bricking" an ECU, that doesn't even make sense because we offer an un-bricking service on our website, so I find that quite contradicting.

Regardless, you can favor who you would like, but we would appreciate not spreading false rumors that you have no personal knowledge or experience with.

I wanted to respond to this posts because I have been communicating with AMR off and on since last year. I have found them extremely responsive and professional and any questions are promptly addressed. I certainly cannot believe anybody would have an issue with customer service. I just pulled the trigger on a handheld tune and am sorting some issues, hope to have some great feedback soon! I would not hesitate to recommend anybody looking at a tune to at least talk to these guys-

Eurocharged is the best for handheld flash and jb4 for piggyback.

93/94 octane you are looking at 400+whp and 500+wtq with EC. Those are at the wheel numbers not crank.

I must say that before tuning my vehicle I researched every tuner and I am sure you all have done your research. Of all the tuners AMR had the best customer service. They answered all my questions and was with me all the way to the end when I plugged my ecu in and Matt called with a follow up to see if I had any further questions. That to me is first class customer service. On top of that, their vehicle line up included the 276 engine which they test and tuned their files on! Folks due your due diligence and ask how many other tuners have that in their lineup?
Now as for the posts that they brick ecu’s or cause cels, every tuner like Matt said had their fair share but you have to take a step back and read between the lines and try not to jump to conclusions. It could be numerous issues that the thread creator may have and I could understand it is easy to blame the problems to a tuner.
I am simply just adding insight. In the end imo AMR tune was simply an easy decision for me and am very happy with my results. Their tune and products are worth every penny!

Even in the Netherlands we heared a lot of good things abouth AMR and what those guys are doing overseas. They really have the knowledge to ECU tune the car on a proper way. I even have seen some files of them and they do a excellent job.

That's because they write there own files and don't copy and paste to other cars. As a Dutch tuners and writer of ECU tunes I can set they do a excellent job in a safe way
