Have the vetillated seats been just as crappy on the ‘20 GLE as it has been all previous Mercedes vehicles? Or have they made an any improvements on it for the new GLE?
I know since it’s not “cooled” seats, there’s a limit on how much it can do but can anyone even notice a difference really when it’s on?

I would say they are just ok. I don't have any experience with previous MY version of it so I can't give a comparison, but it's noticeable in some areas, and provides a little relief but nothing earth shattering. Also curious to ear other's take on it, I was almost wondering if mine was defective.

I like your interior too. If I'm not wrong I think your grey/black leather is nappa leather that's why it is so comfortable. Could you please show us a photo of the second row?

Thank you for posting! I have the black/magma grey Napa leather on order. I was worried that it would be predominantly black, and I'm glad to see that it is actually grey.
Also, can you post when you ordered yours and when when it was delivered? I ordered my GLE 450 on June 7th in Louisiana, and it was originally scheduled for 1D August, but it has moved to 2D September. Since it seems the delayed orders are getting better, I'm hoping that mine may actually get built in September?
I ordered the deisgno Diamond White loaded with almost all of the options except the E-ABC, Burmester High-End sound, or the running boards.
Also, can you post when you ordered yours and when when it was delivered? I ordered my GLE 450 on June 7th in Louisiana, and it was originally scheduled for 1D August, but it has moved to 2D September. Since it seems the delayed orders are getting better, I'm hoping that mine may actually get built in September?

I ordered it mid-May and it arrived yesterday. I think they already had a build allocated, so they just modified it. Was originally scheduled for first decade of July, slipped to first decade of August, and arrived at the dealer just before the end of August.

Again some (****ty) pics of the interior. Pretty black interior.
I was not aware of that and it is worth to mention that there are two 12 V sockets / cigarette lighters: very interesting for those who have children and portable DVD players.

How do you find the comfort on the seats? I also ordered the AMG interior, but lately I find myself second-guessing not getting the massage seats. Are they comfortable or stiff?

The seats are very very comfortable if you have the nappa leather. The leather not nappa is less soft. The touch of the nappa leather with the hand is smooth and soft. When you put your back on the seats, its smooth and soft and at the same time relativey firm.

leather/massage
We got both our 450's in the last two1/2 weeks. The non-nappa leather in both is beautiful and comfy. The massage seats are very good, much better than i thought they would be.

We dropped two sets of orders because options were removed/unavailable, from january and then march. We ordered again at the end of may and the cars were supposed to be done first quarter august and delivery early sept. So we were about on time.
