Anyone with good quality (real-life) pics of the espresso brown interior? I'm considering this one but can't tell how dark and rich the color is. I do not want a color that looks faded and it seems most pics look washed out. Not sure if its the color or the camera.
Also, opinions on this option? Will it hold up well in the long run? How do people generally find this color?
Thank you!
not as boring as black but after having a similar color in a 2018 Q7 never again. I think it was called mocha brown
Very helpful! How do you like the leather? Is it holding up nice and looking fresh still?
I am really wanting a dark dark chocolate brown color w/ grey trim....
I had the Brown leather in my 2020 GLE 450 and it is a deeper brown than the pictures I’ve seen. Personally I liked it a lot...boring to me is the same old Black and Tan interiors. As OP said, a lot of pics seem to be washed out. A true color picture is best taken on a sunny day, indirect light & no flash. Interiors aren’t easy, IMO.

I had the expresso brown leather option in my ML and loved it. I would have it in my GLS but for some reason Canadian cars must have the white headliner option with brown seats and that was a deal breaker for me.

Agreed.
We had the brown leather in our 2020 450 in Diamond White and it made a very luxurious impression - certainly not boring.
I wish it had been available in the 53, but the only color that was available at my time of order, in Nappa Premium, was black. I like the black, too - with the diamond pattern it's stunning.
Availability may drive special order selections.
I try to take my photos in morning or evening when the color temperatures are warmer.
Delivery day, after six and a quarter months it's here. I've found no seat defects, no bad stitching and it feels tight and rattle free. I will give further updates and pictures soon. I'm going riding.
Does anyone have pictures of the 2020/2021 regular LED headlights versus the ones that come w/ Advanced Lighting Package? I am trying to find photos online so I can see the difference but no luck.
Also, for the US model, does it do the neat startup sequence where the lights beam up and across etc. ? I have seen some YouTube videos of this but not sure if it applies to all models or just Euro models...

Yes, my lights do the light up sequence (US model with advanced lighting package)
Good catch..,after a couple months I noticed that there were smudge marks begining to take hold (even though I'd try to wipe it clean). So i put ppf on it (Alibaba has them pretty cheap)
My first preference was Emerald Green with Espresso Brown w/ Black Headliner (so old school MB classy I think), since the build-your-own page shows it with a black headliner. But all of the espresso browns I see here and on the lot has a light colored headliner (either gray or beige can't tell from the low-res pix of dealer lots).
I think if you want espresso brown with a black headliner you have to order the alcantara headliner which is $1600. If you get the base cloth headliner it’s light gray.
Love that interior color...really pops! Keep some leather wipes handy as likely to get rub off from blue jeans etc... Enjoy
Thanks - I've had white interiors in my last two Benz and didn't really have any issues with blue jeans rubbing off. Granted this is leather while the others were MB-Tex. I'll keep the wipes handy.
