Hi all, i have a new gle 53amg and i want to start the car in last used driving mode. So if i tunr off engine in sport + then i want to start in sport+.
Any idea how to do it?

Go to eBay - under Eco Start/Stop module/reprogramming - find vendor Vladamir in Belarus - message him thru eBay if what you would like to have done can be done - if Vladimir says it can be done all to the good ! If he says it can't be done - then that's the real answer..

There is another half a$$ed way to get a one touch option at start up. If you save the custom driving mode with personalized settings a banner will appear at startup that you can touch to restore the saved mode. Unfortunately it appears delayed and inconsistently so it’s not effective.
I bring this up because it shows that some “Tech genius” was thinking about it but for some reason didn’t know how to make it user friendly. Like the obvious...just not resetting it to Comfort mode but leaving it in the mode last set!

It is absolutely idiotic that they allow you to setup "profiles" and not include things in the profile like drive mode and auto start = off in the profile settings.
