How the hell do I deflate Seat side bolsters?

I don’t have massage seats just the seat kinetics. I have the little round button on the side of the seat for lumbar support. It feels like I could never fully deflate the lumbar and there’s absolutely nothing I could do about the side bolsters. Any ideas?

I'm not near my car now, but for me the Side Bolsters and Lumbar have adjustments in the touchscreen that aren't available using only the seat buttons on the door. The menu is somewhere in the Comfort section. For instance, I can adjust the height of the lumbar support, and also how "deep" (inflated) it is. Similar for the side bolsters.

Then again, I do have the massage seats so I'm not sure if that exactly applies to your situation, but it's worth a look.

The four-way button works for me:

thanks for reply. Yes the massage seats have those option on screen, the seat kinetics does not which is where I think the problem is.

I don't have massage seats, either. Pressing the button in direction "2" allows me to deflate the lumbar.

the round button on side of seat right? Yes that deflates lumbar. That’s not my problem, it’s the side bolsters.

Side bolsters are fixed on the standard seats. Only adjustable if you have the multicontour/massage seats
