You just can't wait to modify your car. Sent the car to get the front grille changed one day after picking the car up.
Genuine Mercedes Benz Panamericana Front Grille Orifinally for V167 GLE53 was used to replace the old grille.
Original star emblem will be used.
Bare in mind to also order the camera bracket if your car does not have 360 parking camera on your car.
Still got to remove the whole bumper and I was quite glad with the result. Car looks more sportier now.
Oh very cool. I guess I was looking at so many after market ones and never saw the badge, but I had fitting concerns on the non OEM ones - especially with all the different tech options. You going OEM was the way to go. It does look awesome. Thanks.
this looks great, do you mind me asking how much was the genuine grill, and how much was the install with labor? thinking about doing that as well but want to get an estimate that's fair
Just curious. Everything still good with the grill install? Any problems after the swap? Also, that new grill looks darker than some, does some packages black out the grill more? Like the night package vs a non night package?
If I plan on keeping this car I’ve got to get to work on this grill swap.

Why not just remove the AMG badge, period? Makes it look cheap believe it or not (something the truck is not). I understand if you like it otherwise and wish to keep it on.

I have a GLE450 too with the 360 camera but no distronic system and I would really like to swap the grille. Do I need to order anything else aside from the grille like emblem brackets or a new star emblem? May I also have the part number for the OEM amg grille?
you guys know the Night package on the GLE is AMG exterior, Right? My GLE 350 has AMG monikers all over the place including the Rims. Stop busting his ***** about having AMG stuff on his car. Folk that have AMG can tell real ones just for the Real tail pipe ports and the badges in the rear.
