There was an update to the IOS Mercedes Me app so I did the update. I had to enter my login credential again but the linked vehicle (V167 GLE 350) has disappeared as the app is asking me to add a vehicle. Anyone having this issue? For what it’s worth, I am in Canada.

We have been notified by Mercedes-Benz Canada that there is a temporary disruption for IOS (Apple) devices and the Mercedes me Connective application. During this time, IOS users may not have the ability to log into the Mercedes me application. We have been assured by Mercedes-Benz that the software is still operating as usual in the background.
Mercedes-Benz has removed the Mercedes me application (version 1.26.1) from the App Store and it is no longer searchable in the interim. A new version of the Mercedes me application is currently in development and will be uploaded to the App Store as soon as possible.
Android devices are unaffected by this outage.
We apologize for the inconvenience, and we greatly appreciate your understanding.
Glad to know I am not the only one. I have deleted my Mercedes me profile from MBUX and tried to add back the car via QR code but getting error message. Hopefully they can have the service restored soon.
I was able to use the webpage but not the app, for those looking for that capability.

I tried the same thing as you, but I ended up with two M-Me profiles that have just confused the issue.
I should have just waited until the app was available again.

ExploreToday’s update to the application seems to have resolved my Mercedes Me issues. I can successfully login and use the app and its features.
Yes, mine is working after MBUX asked me to re-pair yesterday. There was an IOS Mercedes me app update as well.
