...then you can assume it will be released, and they do revise that document (recently, they renamed the GLE 400e to GLE 450e) as details are finalized.

I might be part of the minority, but I'm truly over the AMG-everything approach. Give me a plush luxury barge any day of the week. The 580 is the better iteration of the upper-end GLE, in my humble opinion. 8-cylinder refinement, bottomless torque, a buttery smooth suspension setup, and no sporty pretense--what's not to love?

Just depends on what you're looking for.
Monday through Friday, I'd take the 580. On weekends, I'd take the 53.
I have a feeling the 580 won't be around forever, so I jumped on it.

Ended up getting a GLE63s with the smaller wheels and acoustic comfort package, and it drives and rides so smooth and quiet, love it.

The ARC smooths the ride and improves the handling. Immensely.
Which makes the GLE 63s the only model that I'd own because ARC is standard, but it's more than I can afford.
I hope my 2021 GLE 53 has staying power because I like it.
I love the American market for used Mercedes, love the depreciation! 4 years ago my 580 was $100k, now it's $55k 😁 I'll never buy a brand new Mercedes, lease is ok.
