One dealer gave me an order sheet for a 2023 GLE 450.
There is one option: 875 Heated Washer System $200
This was the first time that I saw this option, however, I didn't find this option either in 2023 GLE order guide or official MB website-'Build the car' section.

It was never an officially available option in the USA. It's not available for individual customers or dealerships speccing a car. The only cars that have it either have it randomly added by the factory because of things like oversupply, or on vehicles that were specifically configured by Mercedes Benz, which is often pre pro and early built cars, including the first batch of cars for each new model year.

FWiW, my 2021 e450 has 875 and it is a part of the standard features (upper section of the build sheet above options, no charge). I suspect that all 21 E450s have the feature - at least all of the ones I looked at while trying to find mine did.
Yup, it's standard on some cars, available oas an option on some like the EQ model, and not available on some. But it's becoming more common. The facelift 2024 model will bindle it with the heated steering wheel and call it a winter package.
Is that different than MAGIC VISION CONTROL? It was standard on my GLE450 (Canada).... maybe for obvious reasons!
Standard
MAGIC VISION CONTROLMAGIC VISION CONTROL features wiper blades with laser-cut holes that emit a highly precise spray of washer fluid directly in front of the moving wipers. The system eliminates the brief, vision-obscuring spray across the full windshield, and minimizes overspray and runoff. And since the washer fluid reservoir, lines and even the wiper blades are heated, it's also extremely effective in cold weather.

Yes, magic vision control has heated nozzles and blades, but the main difference is that the spray lines are in the blades rather then at the base. This option 875 has the heated nozzles but they remain at the base of the windshield.

The down side is that I don't believe there are aftermarket wiper blades. I saw one set on line by googling the part # (I can't remember the brand) but they were marked OE and still cost $105.
