Online service is not available...

For the past 2 days, any requests to Hey Mercedes results in a response stating that the online service is not available.

Curious if anyone else is seeing this?

Me too. I tried calling customer service last night was on hold 40 min before I gave up.

I guess that's the equivalent of another "Online Service Not Currently Available"!

Glad to hear that I'm not the only one. Hopefully it will be back up sooner than later.

I see that occasionally as well. My understanding is that it applies to your subscription with AT&T, not OTA operations. I don't have a subscription.

I need clarification, too.

Nothing happened yesterday when I tried it, so I hit the switch on the right pad on the steering wheel and it worked to change radio stations.

I think "internal" commands work, but attempts to go external, for example, asking Mercedes for the weather forecast is what is failing. I haven't been in the car today to see if it's back online.

I am experiencing the same thing in my E450. Hasn’t updated location or any trip data since 1 am

Yes happened to me on June 13 "Online Service not available"- and the Mercedes Me app did not connect to car. 3 days later it started working again.....I did not call anyone or do anything - the car is essentially brand new - just a couple of weeks old. ...but the scary thing was my car windows were rolled down and car unlocked in parking lot ...i think it happened when the online services switched off but not sure if that triggered it.....??

Makes me wonder if this is related to the recent ChatGPT implementation.

I'd be surprised if they were related.

If you had accidentally depressed your keyfob unlock button for a short period of time, it triggers a convenience feature which will unlock the car and roll down the windows. I use it often in the summer to cool off the interior of the car before getting in. You keyfob needs to be in the proximity of the car. I'm unaware that this can be accomplished using the Mercedes Me app, but am not 100% certain.
