Production Date and ETA to dealer?

My two Ex's were a 2006 C230, and "07" E350 (miss her great milage)my current one is a "09" C63 AMG
Production Date and ETA to dealer?
Hello forum friends, just wanted to know how long it took to receive your Mercedes from stated production date on paperwork. My production date shows 9/6/23.

Cars may not go directly from the factory to the dealership. They may make an interim stop in Baltimore for addition of some options and final inspection.
Locking lug bolts and Chrome rear bumper trim are examples.

There can be a hold up there, if the accessories aren't available.
Production off date does not include time at VPC

I didn't know about a VPC at the plant, other than the place they shove them off to the side until they become drivable.

I don't believe there is a VPC at the plant but there is one nearby. There are three VPC locations for mbusa, Baltimore MD, Long Beach CA, and Brunswick GA

I think our GLE sat in the Brunswick VPC for about a week. Sometimes they get backed up especially if you are having items installed there like illuminated star, roof spoilers, etc.

Dealer just called. Vehicle is in but they took to wrong dealer abt 90 minutes away and left the wrong vehicle with my dealer. Mercedes has to transport the vehicles so it probably won't be until Tuesday they get my vehicle switched to correct dealer.

AL Marshalling Yard is a holding and staging area for finished vehicles. Vance is one of five vehicle preparation or VPC facilities in the U.S. that serve as the first stop for new Mercedes-Benz vehicles destined for Mercedes-Benz dealerships throughout the United States.
MBUSA operates four other VPC’s in the U.S.: Baltimore, MD, Brunswick, GA, Long Beach, CA and Ladson, SC.

Hello All, I just got a build date for my 2024 GLG53! It's scheduled for November 10 and shows and expected delivery date of December 2. Does that sound realistic?
