Hey Mercedes: STOP SAYING MY NAME!
Whenever I first startup my 2024 GLE53, MBUX announces my name which I find very annoying after a while. How do I stop it?!

N ew feature, I guess. Most dealers have a "genius" to help with technical systems - try your dealer.

Not sure on the GLE, on the my 2023 GLC, there's a button on the upper right hand part of the profile screen that lets you disable that. You have to be pretty fast to do it. It took me a few tries to turn it off.

thanks for the tip. Saw “deactivate” button like you said, but you have to be really quick!

It still says my name even after turning this button to the off position. I'll try the other suggestion of looking for the Deactivate radio button the next time I start the car.
