GLE 450 2024 or 2025
I’m new to this forum. I had an 2000 ML 320 for about 4 years. Switched to GMC for the last 20 years, but now I’m ready to go back to a midsize SUV. My MB dealership said they might be able to make some changes to one of the 2024 GLE 450’s that they have on order so it can be somewhat customized to what I need. But now I’m thinking that maybe I should order the 2025 GLE 450. Comparing the 2024 MB GLE order guide to the 2025, the only thing that was not included in the 2025 is the augmented video for navigation. The price for additional items, trim, upholstery, packages, etc seems to be the same. Now I’m thinking that maybe I should order the 2025. Any thoughts?

Have a 2024 GLE450 and the only issue which MB is having in all GLE and GLC is the sewing quality of the seats. They had to replacemy back seat because as it was "deformed" . Their quality control in that department needs new inspectors.

Slight wrinkles at corners, but not as bad as the pictures that gets posted here of the lower tier leather qualities.
Years back when I purchased my w166 , I initially requested leather. Dealer found one with everything I wanted with leather option missing. I found the MB Tex to be quite nice and owned it without any regrets.
As others have mentioned earlier, you may be able to land a decent deal on the 24 over the 25. If the dealer comes across with something that checks all of the boxes at a nice price but missing leather; MB Tex won’t hurt ya.
It's an incentive for their card holders, it's what Amex is known for.
You do not have to use Amex card, this amount comes out of your total purchase price, same way the rebates do.

Thank you for the clarifications. Signing up for an Amex card and calling the dealership Monday. If I can get this incentive to work it’ll be more than 7% off msrp on a cash deal.
