Sirius XM on Channel 0 when I start the car

2024 GLE 450 with MBUX ver NT7
After the car sits overnight in the garage, the satellite radio is on channel 0. I've reset the system, my subscription has been refreshed from the service provider, no resolution. Like many things about his version of MBUX, it's an annoyance. Has anyone else noticed this?

Sounds like a hardware problem. Back to the dealer. Or a loose wire somewhere and the radio is losing power.
No problem with ours.

Evidence of the corrupt relationship between Sirius and carmakers. Same with my Cayenne - Sirius blares every time the car is turned on, unless CarPlay, in a rare occurrence of brilliance, boots before the slow PCM (Porsche MBUX) boots. It is a race between two turtles in my car - PCM and CarPlay.

I hadn't thought about it before, but I think this started with the MBUX 2.6.1 update which was downloaded to my car on 5/9/25.

I haven't tried that yet but I see where you're going. The radio should still remember what channel was tuned if satellite signal is lost. I've been an XM customer for over 20 years and have never had a radio that needed to re-authorize every time you had a loss of signal in the garage overnight.

I still think it’s a hardware problem. Every one of us loses the signal when we go through tunnels or into garages. There is an electrical problem somewhere.

I've been a Sirius customer going back to their beginning. I have most always lost the signal pulling into my garage. However, I never had the problem of it going to 0. Would suggest a painless test. Before pulling into the garage, switch to an FM station, remembering what Sirius station you were on at the time. When you next exit the garage, see if the same FM station comes on. Actually it should come on in the garage. Once outside, switch back to Sirius and see if it went to zero or held the previous station number. If it still went to zero then Something is wrong. Also try accessing Sirius via Carplay. I hardly ever do because it's clumsy. If the station number holds via Carplay then I'd say something is wrong with MBUX. Fun fact. I call Sirius at every renewal time and politely threaten to cancel. During the call I ask the service rep if they know why the company symbol is a little dog. Nope. They don't know. Driving thru Huntsville TX years ago, XM had a billboard that said "know how we squeeze 100 channels into your radio? Satellites. Big, Freakin' Satellites."

An update to this, I've discovered the radio display jumps to where it should be as soon as mercedes assistant is activated. The software in this car is full of bugs.
