I have a 2019 GLE400, bought at the end of 2018
When I tested drive, I felt a little bit vibration at the steering wheel, and a little bit grinding vibration on the floor of the driver's side.
I noticed this when it is D6, D7 and D8.
I have owned a C320 before, never had this feeling.
Is this normal? This is my first SUV.

Since day1 when I tested drive it. There were 45 mile on it, because it was driven from another dealer to my dealer.
I have no idea about cars. Right now, there are only about 9500 miles on it, since I do not drive often.
When it is idle in front of traffic light, it is very quite and no vibration.

I also noticed recently, when I drive it in the morning while it is still cold, when I press brake on down hill road at a stop sign, I can feel the right side brake is not that smooth. I am not sure it is because the weather is too cold or not. I am in NJ, about 10F in the morning. The car has 9500 miles on it now.

Not enough information. A car that is driven little will have some normal corrosion on the brake rotors which may give a noise until it wears away.
Please give a more detailed explanation of what you experience. Or you can take the car to the dealer and they can attempt to find it.

GLE 350 , GLA 250 and Lexus ES 350
Might need a few shots of brake cleaner, some iron shaving gets magnetized and sticks to the brake pads track which can affect the movement of the brake pads when they do not properly engage it can produce vibration. So usually I try first low-hanging fruits. Also, bad brake pads can affect rotors.
