2017 GLE43 - P2279 vacuum leak - manifold hose part ID help?
I’ve tracked down a vacuum leak to this hose attached to the intake manifold. I can’t find any diagrams or hose parts info. Any idea what the T fitting is and the hose that goes under the manifold?

Likely PCV. The centrifuge (vapor separator, catch can) is at the back of the right (passenger side LHD) cylinder head against the dash/firewall.

Where you got your pen test light. Mine was just about 3 inches down on the hose from your test light. Discovered it the vacuum leak the other day. My only concern is the hose run under the intake manifold and I'm not sure if I need to remove the intake manifold to gain access.
if anyone looking for the part number it's 276-018-23-00 Crankcase Breather Vent Line.

yes the intake has to be removed. Almost all of the engine wiring harness needs to be unplugged and all the intake gaskets need to be replaced too. I ended up having the dealership do the job. Was 800-900.

Found a Video for a GL450. I maybe attempting to replace it this weekend. I also have to remove the bi-turbo coolant reservoir, boost controller along with the ECM and Intake manifold. I think I'm going to reuse the IM gaskets. I know all my coil pack harness plug been removed not to long ago when I did my sparkplugs. Hopefully I don't have to spray lube inside of it this time.
People are saying it's a 2hr job.

I completed it over the weekend. The hardest part is getting those two lines off from under the Intake Manifold. It was allot of force to pull up. I put everything back together and threw a P023812 hard code, The boost pressure sensor has a short circuit to positive. When I took the car for a test drive I can activate and deactivate the boost from the scanner . I was puzzle because I was so focus on the boost controller. Hours went by and decided to do another look over and once I pop the hood. I notice the sensor on the Intercooler was not plugged in. Plugged it in clear the code and I got boost. I also had to resync the front passenger window since I disconnect the negative on the battery (under the seat) since the ECM had to come out.
I also replace all (6) Intake manifold gasket as well. Nothing was wrong with old one. Since I was in there just replace it.
