GLE63S Square Wheel Setup
Has anyone done this? I plan on getting HRE or Vossen for summer wheels but going to keep a square setup for winter months. Has anyone done this with their AMG? I was thinking maybe get all 4 fronts and run them

I wouldn't use the front wheel on the back or vice versa, so you would still need to mount / dismount tires to rotate them.

Ahhh okay good to know! I was thinking doing 275 or 285 all around. Now I am thinking running staggered winter on OEM wheels so I can do HRE for summer time.

If you want to rotate tires , you cannot put the rear wheels on the front, period.
You can swap side to side, IF your tires are nondirectional.
I think your idea of a winter and a summer set is a good one. As long as you are aware of the offset requirements.

I did this for a client but with a set of Forgiato's. As others have already mentioned, this SUV uses different wheel offsets front & rear. What I did for my client was build the wheels with the same width/offset for all four wheels and then he used a large spacer (and longer lugs) for the rears.

I would want to ensure that I have a quality, lightweight spacer. And maybe slightly lubricated, perhaps with anti-seize, depending on dissimilar metals.
