Eurocharged Stage 1 Tune Question
Hey y'all just joined the forum and purchased my new to me GLE 43 AMG. I purchased the stage 1 eurocharged tune but I have not had installed yet. I just wondered if anyone else has; what are the instructions? I see the V2 software on their website but when I install it and run as admin it just wants to reinstall the program over and over even after clicking on the icon it installs. I wont be able to touch base with them until monday when I have the appointment but I just wondered if anyone had any oversight on the installation and how it goes?

Welcome to the forum!
It really is a pretty easy process and it will become clearer once you speak to the EC folks.
The whole thing only takes a few minutes or so of your time and the download is done remotely by EC. (You need to call them and schedule this).

Hey. Post your results for EC for sure.
I just got JB4 on my 2024 AMG 53. Not too happy with the results. They should come preloaded with 6-8 maps. I have 3 maps only, and 1 actually works with barely any performance improvements. Debating on shipping it back...

I will be honest I wasn't to happy with eurocharged support after I paid for the tune and received it. They talked your ear off until you buy it and then I sent a few emails and calls asking some specific questions and never did get a straight answer. I finally installed it myself and I will say it makes a big difference. I can definitely notice it. Much stronger on low end more responsive. I am very happy with the tune at this point but havent had a chance to really drive the vehicle a lot.

I appreciate the offer !! I got it figured out yesterday afternoon and finally installed it myself. Very happy with the results so far !!

Not at all. Performance improvement was minimal. It just tricks your parameters to think your boost or temperatures are different so you should get more power.
I talked with Burger Support a lot. But I didn’t like their basic replies for the lack if power gains.
I sent it back.
Real performance where you can feel it comes with a actual ECU tune on turbo cars.

i just talk to jb4 my gle 53 have down pipe and bmc drop in filter and i use 93 fuel
they say 40-60 WHP is pretty doable with pump gas and the JB4 + mods.
and they say they can help me dial in a map

My car at the time was 100% stock.
They also promised dialing in a map. And offering 5+ maps. A valet mode map, E85 blend map. I only had 3 maps available and they were pretty much not usable, every time on WOT I got a check engine for turbine failure. Code P22C9.

I do have ALL the emails back and forth from the time of pre sale of what I was offered for JB4 just like you and then when I got it, I was directed to another department that was supposed to work with me to "dial it in". To which I was being told that is how it is. I'm not trolling, anyone can DM me for proof of how bad my experience with JB4 on the GLE53 was.
