Not Enough Cargo Room?

I read reviews stating that the GLK 350 does not have enough cargo room. ENOUGH ALREADY !!!! I'm really getting tired of this lame-*** assessment. If you need more cargo room then purchase the ML350 or an equivalent. Bottom-line. This is a compact SUV (CUV) which has small cargo room compared to BIGGER SUV's. When you compare cargo room to similair compact SUV's theres not a big difference in terms of cargo space. Plain and simple.

the whole point of review is.... pros and cons. Reviewer will always pick on something and praise on other stuff. its only natural. However, its fair to say that when compared to same class crossover SUV like the x3, cx, rdx or q5, GLK ranks last.

Thats it. Enough! It is true that the GLK offers inferior cargo ability. I am cancelling my GLK order and buying a Toyota Tundra truck. The Tundra Pick-Up will give more than adequate cargo options.

Hold it. The Tundra also gives me a ton of things I don't want and does not give me anything I really want. The GLK shorts me a few cubic inches of cargo space compared to compact SUV's I really don't like, nearly as much as the GLK. "There are inches worth being concerned about in life and inches that are not." Some wisdom my wife added.

Oh I don't know what to do????

I would never use every last inch of cargo space anyways. All that means is whatever it is I am carrying is touching my sidewalls and ceiling as well as the windows. I would rather use a truck to carry things that are that big instead of risking any damage to my upholstery. Just my opinion.

I hope you are being sarcastic about the tundra....

or maybe you having a buyer's remorse?

Not sure what your typical cargo would be but I can comfortably fit in two golf bags with the 45" drivers taken out. occational trips to the market has been satisfactory then again I don't shop at Costco. although 158 snowboard would fit diagonally upwards, I intend to get a roof rack for my snowboards.

All this is with the rear seats up. less cargo space than my 528 but I always have the options to use the entire cubic space in the back which yeilds more space ultimatelly.
