Cabin Air Filter and Engine Cover
Where are the cabin air filter(s) and how do you replace?
How do you remove the black large plastic engine cover (not the smaller front one)?

Pull off the 2 air pipes on the left and right. The pull off the 1 inch air return line to the air pump (in the front). The large cover just pulls off. It has 4 large clips that snap onto 4 rubber "snubbers" or bumpers on the intake. It takes a firm steady pull. No you won't break anything (that's not a promise - just reassurance). It pulls mainly up and then forward. The filters are on the underside held on by 4 Torx screws per side. Make sure the filter is firmly seated on the cover piece before you seat it back down. You need to work the edges down ( I used Factory - OEM MicroStar LX-804S). They don't easily drop into the groove. If you don't, the covers won't seat properly - don't force it.
