I'm not sure of your specific specs. I've had a CLS550 with those wheels pictured. I have a GLK350. I've put the GLK 20 inch wheels on the GLC that I had, but that required spacers on the front wheels to clear the brake calipers. Even if the offset of the wheels is correct for your application, you'll need to actually try the wheels on the vehicle to make sure that the rims clear the calipers and that the tires do not rub on the bottom mount of the shock tower. And if you don't have Mercedes rims (which use spherical lug bolts), make sure that the lug bolts for the wheels are either conical or spherical to match the wheels. And if you are going to need spacers, you'll need longer lug bolts. Adapting different wheels to a vehicle is not straight forward. Best of success in making this work.

Bolts are not the worst, everything else should come up. Maybe you had cls w219 - there is a very small departure, about et20.
