15 GLK250 won’t start or try to turn over. New battery installed.
Warmed the car up with an external heater. Charged the battery. Tried push button and ignition key turn, still No start. Doesn’t even sound like it trying to start, not getting the usual cranking noise or clicking noises.
Replaced the Battery with a Brand New One. Same thing happens with New battery, still won’t start it.
Push button and Turn key ignition used, and it sounds like it’s not even trying to start. No car starting sound or clicks or anything?
Out of ideas and not close to any dealership since I am out of town. Any suggestions? What should I check next?

You say you charged the battery ... does it provide any feedback ?
we charged the old battery (Mercedes OEM), the battery charger said it was at 90% capacity but don’t know how accurate. The parts store said the old battery was done. So we took old battery out and just bought a new one and tried that. Installed the new one to rule out any battery issues, and still no starts

No starting sounds at all would point more toward a start inhibitor or something. Does the dash light up, and the gauges move when you turn the key on? Do other things. like the radio, work as expected?

Can you unlock the doors with the key fob? (Hopefully the key battery isn't installed upside down - did that once myself, eye roll).
Just for curiosity's sake, some old skule checks;
Give all the relays a few good taps with a screwdriver handle (don't break them though!) in all fuse blocks since you mention it still is -20 degrees where you are. Sometimes relays stick in *very* cold conditions.
Can you measure voltage going to the starter, and can you measure voltage to the switch side of the starter when turning the physical key to the start position? Make sure to use long meter leads and don't be under the car when starting.
Clean the battery connections.
Clean the battery *body* ground connection.
Tighten the starter mounting (ground) bolts.
Is there an auxilliary battery in this model/year? They cause some *weird* things. If suspect, use another car battery in its' place. Might be under a cover in the spare tire area.
This checks 1) good connection of battery to starter, 2) good connection of battery voltage to switch in the starter, and 3) eliminates the key's push button wireless connection.
Next step, heated garage overnight if possible?
