Wasn’t able to decode the VIN using lastvin.
Look through the brochure and manual on MBUSA.com for options.
P3 is the highest on GLE, not sure if that designation is used on GLS.
LED headlamps are a must
Designo leather is what I would look for
off road engineering package is rare and desirable - two speed transfer case and diff lock
air suspension is standard on GLS I think
AMG appearance package

The M276 3.0L V6 TT is solid.

Here I found a decoder that accepted the vin. I am not too sure about the options so if you can have a look it would be helpful.

Looks well optioned. It has all of the assist systems (lane keeping, Distronic, etc.). And has LED headlamps. It has AMG wheels and appearance package, good.
Doesn't have off road engineering, but hardly any GLS450s have this. It's normally on the GLS550, but even then it's rare. And if you really don't off road, the package is not needed.
Beware that it has magic vision wipers which are $100 or more to replace just the rubber blades.
