What discounts are you getting on GLS580 builds?

What discounts are you getting on GLS580 builds?
I was told that 2% is maximum for GLS580 right now if I order one and 4% on a GL450. I'm in the Midwest. Does this jive with what you are paying?

I'm in the Central Coast CA area, Checked with a # of dealers in the SF bay area and none are willing to discount from MSRP on a ordered GLS450. My local dealer gave me $1k off for repeat customer.

In the big Metropolitan areas I'd be shocked if there was any kind of discount on a 580. Very small allocations of this car.

It seems I’m being treated fairly by my dealer given current market conditions. They also know I’m not going anywhere else.

2% and 4% are incredible discounts compared to what everyone else is giving which is either 0 or at most $1000. Take it and run.

My 1k was for being current customer and would cancel out if Usaa credit is 1k.

USAA has a discount. MBCA has a discount or rebate. Each are about $500.
Maybe a small $1k loyalty discount. Hopefully they throw in the weathertec matts like last time. They can't order them, so I don't expect them to discount.
ps. they have been generous with service on my current '14 GL550. They fixed trim for free (watch for the seat belt rebound, it will crack the trim). I've been trying to order a GL580 for almost a year now.

The 580 I ordered in February 2020 was just produced. It's now on its way to the dealership for pick up. Final price negotiated this week was 2.1% off MSRP. I'm located in the Pacific NW.
