Does anyone have option 436 Comfort Headrests/Front? If so, can I get pics of what it looks like?

hmmm. Our 450 is about a month from delivery and we didn’t even know the comfort headrests in the front were available! Nor were they offered when we configured it for build. Not do they appear in the DOG. We have them in the back because we have the executive plus package.

my wife is going to be irritated that the kids in the back will have better seats than hers in front.

I suspect they are going to be different than the ones in the back on your car as I see other models that have this option and they look quite different.

it seems like it wasn’t an option - it’s just one of those things that some cars get with no rhyme or reason - something I’ve seen before in the 22 years I’ve been buying Mercedes.

I think it's standard equipment on the 580 at least. Not sure about the 450.

I see it under standard accessories on my build sheet. Or perhaps it's added by the executive rear seat package.

Comfort headrests is NOT standard on gls580 .It comes only as part of Executive rear seat package which is only in the second row not on the front seats..Imho it looks like extra small pillow strapped to regular headrest .

I was talking about the front comfort headrests, not the rear. The rear I know is part of the package. But the front one is listed on my build as standard.

are you talking about US,Canadian or European build options because in the US there is no comfort headrests in the front on gls 450 or 580 at least in my PNW region.

I am curious about this, too. I see this "option" is on a lot of build sheets for 2020 GLS450's (see attached example) but yet when I was doing my custom order at the dealer, this "option" doesn't exist. I showed the dealer and he felt that it may get automatically added. But yet there was the "option" to add the L3B which is the standard multifunction steering wheel on the 2020 GLS450. I asked the dealer what would happen if we didn't add this to the custom build and he said that the car would come with it anyway since it is the standard steering wheel.

US. It wasn't an option at all when I was configuring it, but it was printed on one of the build sheets where I had opted for all the standard accessories to be printed.

It appears the version I show and discuss in this thread is automatically included when you get leather seats. These are different from the comfort pillows you get with the executive package.

leather or exclusive Nappa leather ? We got leather and I don’t see that item on our order. Only the executive plus package shows up specifically saying rear headrests

For me it was just the regular leather package

Anyone know the part number for those additional cushions for rear seat headrests shown in post 6 please, black colour for my 2021 63 model.

Lots of aftermarket choice but hard to know about colour match until purchased.

These came in our MY24 GLS 580 with Nappa leather. I will get a couple of pics. They are really comfortable, but not as plush as the extra rear pillows.
