Weds May 13 Dealer Order Bank Opens for 2021 GLS
Weds the Netstar Dealer Order Bank "should" open to allow Dealer's to configure and enter their 1st order's for 2021 : GLS450 and GLS580W4
As of today - Tues May 12 - NetStar Configure Tool for 2021 GLS450/580 is not open yet - and as of today - NO the 2021 GLS Non-AMG Dealer Order Guide has not yet been released.

When the Order Banks Open - a dealer can spec/build and enter a Customer order, and assign it as Priority One - any competent dealer will continue to stack those customer orders up.
This is June - and the factory will do their "allocations" in the next two weeks for end-Aug/beg-Sept production - the factory/Distribution will "allocate" the build spots that dealer will get - and then the factory will "pick up" and confirm those customer ordered units starting with the earliest entered - as long as their are no availability issues for what that GLS is intended to be.
Frankly - I am quite surprised no one in this forum has brought up the 2021 Maybach - I would think as Mercedes "enthusiasts" the forum here would already be talking about it..

According to dealer in California my order for 580 placed in February will automatically switched over to 2021 model if it comes up for assembly.
