Agreed. Please post the link. I’m potentially interested in this but want some more details. Anyone in the forum have one of these? Real world experience?
I'm also interested, I was able to do a similar update on my 2021 911 with a Windows laptop and USB thumb drive. This seems to involve hardware, so it would be good to have an instructional video before committing to purchasing.
By the way, your website says this product provides WIRELESS Apple CarPlay. Is that indeed the case? Will this product give me a full screen and *wireless* Apple CarPlay?

I assume this works like one I had in my Audi, it’s a breakout box that ties into the factory system. It’s activated by doing a specific key press like holding down the media button for 5 seconds. The box needs to be installed behind the dash and likely ties into the factory wiring harness. The one I used did work well but going in and out of it was a little clunky as it didn’t play well with the other systems. Example, you can’t listen to the factory radio while using CarPlay navigation, you are either fully in or fully out of CarPlay.
Has anyone installed this yet? If so, was installation difficult? Product page doesn't include any details which leads me to believe it might be a pain to install.
FYI - I reached out to the vendor and asked for install instructions. They sent me this. You need to take the seat out to access the components and install. No thanks, I'm ok with a smaller carplay screen. Also, the video shows the demonstrator having to tap the screen multiple times to get it to respond. That is very concerning and makes me wonder how solid the solution is.
