Black Front Emblem

Does anyone know where I can get a blacked out front emblem for a 2025 GLS 450? I’ve looked on EBay but no one can tell me if it will have any effect on any cameras. Are there any cameras behind the emblem?

Sorry I don't know. By the way, I when I saw the pic of your car it looked familiar. I went to PRHS and grew up in the harbor. Thats an awesome color, Which blue is it? And it looks like you went to Catena, can you share a percentage off of sticker you got ?

it’s Starlight Blue. Those pictures don’t do it any justice. Also can’t believe I took a picture with all that garbage around. Not a good way to represent Staten Island. Ray Catena of Edison basically tried to rob me. They were giving me executive cars with 7k miles for the price that I got a new one at Ray Catena of Union. I believe it was about 10-11 percent off MSRP

sorry for the off topic, but is this the standard night package front grill or is it some kind wrapped with ppf? Looks more matte or dark at least to me.

I had the grille and the other chrome on the car wrapped. Powdercoated the wheels black, put on black running boards, black emblems. That’s why I’m looking for the black front emblem to complete the entire chrome delete.

there is gloss black all over the car but Mercedes decided to use black chrome for the grille. Makes no sense to me.

same here, I didn’t quite get it as well. It would make some sense if the front emblem was dark as well but…

anyway can you give me more info about wrapping the grill - what was used and was it necessary to take out the grill and so on? Thanks!

You could also PlastiDip it.
Maybe just to check the appearance, and then maybe just leave it on.

they used a gloss black vinyl wrap and they did not take the grill off. After a couple of weeks it’s started to peel in a couple of spots. I need to bring back one day to get the grill removed and the wrap redone.

It's like Mercedes wanted to do what all the cool kids were doing but didn't fully understand the assignment!

I personally like the wrapped version much more but I’m not a fan of making those kind of changes to a 120$k vehicle. Almost the same as getting myself an aftermarket amg grill and putting it on, but this is just me.

anyway it looks better in my opinion

the wrap comes off pretty easily. I’ve also never had an issue with dealer with the rims being powdercoated
