Reads 72K on it and it works. Located in SF Bay Area California

I'm pretty sure that's a E55 cluster from 03-04, and it doesn't matter what the mileage read.

I stated the mileage because its the most common question asked when posting this.

It is from an E63 I believe it was an early 07 or first production E63

Pretty sure you're mistaken. E63 looks like this,and even the last E55s from 05-06 were 200 mph
