2005 S65 Vs 2005 F430 Vs 2005 M3 Vs 1994 Sl500!!!
this is NO JOKE!!!!! sereously this happended to me, it was a DREAM COME TRUE!~!!!
ok, so my friend David and myself are comming back from CC on sat. morning. he has his new M3 and i have my SL500 with a messed fuel pump
.... we then see this F430 start zipping around trafic trying to get to this new S klass. so my friend and i look at eachother and we catch up to the F430 and the S klass. luck have it the light turns red on PCH. (BY Jamboree) and all of these cars get first in there own lanes!!!! the guy in the F430 looks at me and he puts his thumb up, (he saw my begging for a race on the way to the light) then he gestures to my friend in the M3 and we just start laughing beacause this guy is like wondering if we want to race! and then he rollls down his window and tells me to ask the person in the S Klass if she wants to race. i look at the side of the S Klass and it turns out that it is a S65!!!! i ask the woman if she wasnts to race and she says yes!!!
ok, so here are all of these nice cars which all still have the dealer plastic plates on them!!! (exept mine) and we are allllllll awateing the light to turn green!!!

the S65s wheels scream and the launch control on the M3 has worked but the SL500 is in first!!! untill about 20 MPH haha
then the S65 takes off!!! folowded by the F430 and the M3.
what a sight to remember!!! it was so0o0 cool even tough i got my *** kicked a whole lot!!! it was still very very very neat!!!! my friend david and myself laugh aabout it all the time, and say "Only in Newport Beach"
this is all true!!!! very very cool morning!
the guy in the F430 was super nice and he was a bigger guy so it made it cooler.

Sometimes it can be fun to get beaten, sound like this was one of those rare occations.... Must have been quite a sight. 
The fact that a Girl was driving the S65 did add som extra fun to the hole thing I guess.

Man your stories get less believable.....
All the time, I really love the part how, Even though your car is severly out matched (In every aspect, from the other cars you listed) and your admitting to having a fouled fuel pump, you somehow with your expert 
driving skills beat every one off the line up to 20mph!!

I do not for a second that Red was indicating that his car is capable of beating any of the 3 other cars in anything other than maybe a skydive from 3000 feet.
This was a redlight race and the car hitting the throttle first will lead until 20 mph or so, he could have been in a 240 Diesel and still be ahead at 20 mph.( or almost
) if he hit it before the other cars, after than he would look like he hit a brick wall compared to this cars..... so would he be if everyone started excactly at the same time.....So for me the most unlickly part of the story is that it actually happend
But it could have happend. It was also not said anyting about who "won" the contest either..... so for me this was a nice little story I whish I could have experienced myself.....
Cant see any reasson to get agrivated over this story, I have seen many other posts a lot less likely to be true, and to be honest most stories posted on this board and other boards is to some level spiced up a bit........

i think that you are a little confused about my location. i live in a place where nice cars are everywhere. friendly races happen all the time. the kids that go to my schools have M3 Porsches and Mercedes. raceing happens all the time every day, i can assure you that lying about this or ANY of my raceing would be foolish. and my runin with the CHP? ask the kid BLkandBlu, he was with me in the car, he is my best friend Taylor. rick, im not insecure about my self, i dont need to lie.

fuel pumps usualy affect the high RPMs, when the driver is demanding the most fuel, not low RPMs. from 48-57.

Rick I dont think he's lying. Look at the Red Fiorano's left. It IS actually the gunmetal rim of the S65 that he was talking about. I dont believe that to be coincidental. Sometimes some stories may sound too good to be true but indeed they are true.

Well he's a 17 year old.. perhaps the way he post is naive but regardless true? Sometimes the way of expression leads to a lot of misunderstanding esp for the younger kids.

what you've been driving but...That just isn't gonna happen PERIOD! those other cars would eat him alive especially the S65, and F430 they could let him have a full second to a second and a half head start and still ANNIHILATE him by 20mph!

ok, so my car, SL500 is obvoulsy out HP numberded by all of the cars that i raced (F430, S65,M3) okl? im not saing my car is better/faster than any of them, when the light turned, the wheels of the cars screatched, exept for mine, becasue i did not trigger the ASR. the other cars tapd there traction control and lost sereous speed. ( i heardit on the s65) so about 1 second later, when they got traction, they took off leaving the SL500 way behind. this is my guess as to why i was in first for a second or so. am i saying that i won? NO! no egotistical ******* should ever say he won if he was in the same race with a 65 adn a 430, haha. thsi is why i think that i got ahead for one secod. and remember all of the cars had papper plates so im not quite sure all of them knew how far to press the pedal befor the ASR (ETC, DSC) is triggerded.

As, im reading this whole thread im thinking to myself, does rick realize how much more torque the m3, f430 and the s65 have? I find it very possible him leading to 20, while the 3 others due to the massive amount of torque are behind trying to catch some grip. Seeing how it was a woman in the S65 ( not to sound sexist ) prolly Floored the hell out of the s65, M3's have launch control for a reason, and the 430, has 4 modes, ( a knob on the steering wheel, lets say he had normal selected, I can more than bet DSC, ASC, w/e started catching his wheels..., seeing how red has a 94' SL 500, before DSC, ASC, and the fact that the sl 500 has 315hp (94') its entirely possible he didnt burn rubber, had grip earlier than the other 3, and was ahead for a sec.
Before you go, and descriminate against me as well, seeing that im also 17, keep in mind I know wtf im talking about, and not all 17 years olds BS stories for the glory. Red might in some cases be slightly exagurating, but in this case he gets my credibility.

The funny thing with all you 17 year olds is you don't know ****! When it comes to driving! What have you got as far as driving experience goes? A year, year and a half tops! Please before you guys start thinking your're expert drag racers, Try to spend some more time in school (You guys are shamefully pathetic as far as the basics in life are concerned!) At least learn how to SPELL, or WRITE, correctly..And to the rest of you that are buying this story, I've got some swamp land in Florida I can sell you?? If not how about the Brooklyn bridge??
