not that anyone care...Euro spec and US spec M3 different in only the cat for US emission regulation. the difference is very little by maybe less than 5hp. 343 DIN and 333 SAE doesn't translate into much difference when calculate the same way. The video shows M&M's modded M3 beating a stock SLK55. His previous video shows him with a modded M3 beating a stock C55 which in the previous threads he did claim his car was stock yet people found out later it was modded (drag radial, seat removed, race fuel, etc).

Atleast I have some good Entertainment now.
Now M&M and I have had our differences but I already told Soul on another forum to drag me along to the next race.
If it is OK with M&M I will ride in the M3.
If he can win with me in the car then you people have nothing to complain about.

And when I raced the C55 I was stock. The mods came LATER. I wouldn't wast my time with a stock C55 when I was modded.

What is all this talk about the Euro M3 has more power? I know for sure on the older M3's it was the case but I dont think that is the case anymore. I think a lot of people are confused when they see 343PS for the euro rating and 333hp for the US rating. The 343 PS is a different measurement of HP vs the SAE that the US rating uses which is 333hp.... If anyone can tell me what part on the car is changed from US to euro let me know. I know that the E36 M3's had less HP because of emissions. But dont post a answer unless its clear and makes sense dont try and give crap about how its all in the chip because a chip on the M3 gives you no HP.
From all my quick research I have found most reveiws of the E46 M3 say something along the line of "More important to U.S. buyers, the M3 engine comes to America for the first time in the same glorious state of tune that it enjoys elsewhere in the world."
Anyways prove me wrong.

We can put the camera man in the M3 next time and you can roll with me. I'm sure M&M won't mind though. Hey we should organise ANOTHER SLK and a stock M3 in for good measure. Maybe even an RS4. Speak to Nuno for the SLK and talk to your Audi buddies for the RS4. Will be awesome. Might as well get a C55 while we at it.

I can check with the Audiclub if there are any RS4 owners willing to join. Should be fun.
I think something else that has to be mentioned is that this was at Altitude and I know for a fact the Audi's lose more power than teh BMW's. Maybe this could also have an effect on the merc? Still would like to be there next time.

Guys, I own both an E46 M3 and an SLK55 and I can honestly tell you the SLK55 is much faster than my M3. I have raced my SLK with the M3 and raced the M3 with my SLK and the SLK wins easily everytime. Not to criticize the driver of the SLK but I am unclear of the driving skills here.
