There is no shame in getting smashed by a 911 Turbo.

I'm not all that up on Porsche's - what kind of power difference are we looking at here? I'm sure yours is a decent enough performer in it's own right, but wow that TT just flat out gets up and runs, not walks, away!

mine is 355hp 3200lbs
tt stock is 415hp about 3500lbs

but there is a huge tq diffrence, well over 100lb ft.

plus that one has an exhaust (on turbo cars its a substantial hp increase) and i think its chipped, first he told me it was, then he said it wasnt

Well as the old saying goes..."torque wins races, horsepower sells cars". Sounds like the guy was keeping a few things up his sleeve too.

I definitely do. I've said it before, but it will take a car with a minimum of 400hp to take me. Other than that, it is all useless. It may be nice. But it is still useless.

I promise you Jay still wants to put money on me. I wish he and Jeff had shown you their $$ that day. they really did expect Raw to show up with his.

Break her in as we need no excuses...

i dont get it, do you just drag race from corner to corner? slam on your brakes at the last second, get around the corner however you can and then floor it again. thats not canyon driving.

you cant do that in our canyons, i dunno about canyons in sd but here there are many elevation changes, transitions, decreasing radius corners etc.....

i dont wanna drag race or see whose brakes are better(mine)

What isn't to get? Of course i try to minimize the turns and maximize the straights. How else could i compete? Call it what you will. Maybe I don't canyon drive. Dunno. all I know is I can go up and down Palomar at some good speeds. Never claimed skill or a fast car.

All cars are driven differently, and if you think I drive my E like I did my M3 then you are way off. I definitely floor it on the straights and slam on the brakes as late as possible and then just try to old speed in the turns.

All the more reason to put up, aye?

That is definitely how mine is. The only things I pay any attention to are brake and acceleration points. All else is butter.
