07 Saleen 281S vs. 05 E55
Driving home yesterday I see a new Mustang flying up on me. I was just cruising along minding my own business when he blew by. The light was green about a 1/4 of a mile ahead (he could have easily made it). That is when I see him slam on the brakes to wait for a red light. Well he got it and was waiting for me to pull up next to him. The passenger is looking back at me as I roll up. It's two young kids and a girl. They keep looking over at me while giving a few stabs of the throttle. I grinned (while my fangs came out) and pointed ahead. Light turns green and we are off. I gave him a little jump. As I began passing him I get a look of WTF (priceless). By the time it was said and done he was 5-6 car lengths behind (ugly). So, at the next light I rolled the window down to see if he wanted to try again and how many cars lengths he would want.... I could not do it! (me merciful? ....
no!!!) I got a flash back of when I was in HS/College driving my dads car with my girlfriend getting absolutely smoked by a Porsche turbo (major ego bruise). So instead, I gave him the thumbs up complimented his car and got a great smile from his chick..........Light turns green and I smoked him again. The end.

...Nice kill!! I'm sure they didn't expect that from a Sedan...
The E55 is my dream car...I love the stealthy appeal of the car--then, before you know it, GONE!!
Sometimes you gotta teach the young...LOL!

That was awsome. I know just the look you got from the stang. You can't buy that in a store. I wonder what excuse he gave his girl? It had to be good.

Do you have any mods ?
That was one of the best kill stories I have heard in a while. Much better than the kid in his C240 supposedly smoking a Evo. Good one man.

2006 E55 AMG
Nice kill. Good sportsmanship as well. I can hear the kid now, "Well, I hung in pretty good with that $$$$ car." Did you tell him that you were getting a lumbar massage from your dynamic seats during the race? That's always a good one.

To the OP, nice kill and great sportmanship
, I think the kid knew what a AMG was but didnt know what a E55 was, if not they wouldnt have looked back and waited on you to run them.
Thats way too funny

nice run..
the other night I saw a GT500 running around my neighborhood.
I was with the kids and wife and definately a NO GO for me.
I would say it would be a good match, but chances that he is stock will probably be slim. Those things are very easy to mod and alot cheaper than our engines.
