S600 and my CLK350
It was an older S600 coupe, I think like a '96 but it was trying to keep up with me and it did a pretty damn good job. I'm sure if there wasn't a car infront of me and I actually floored the CLK all the way down past that little click, I would have flown away. But up to 60, I was pretty impressed with that ten year old mammoth.

Jesus. I was just very suprised. That thing is ancient and weighs a zillion pounds. I didn't expect it to keep up at all. But now that I'm thinking about it, it was 6:30AM and my car was cold and I wasn't pushing all the way. Or maybe that car is just faster than mine.

Ya they have 395hp i use to own one they pick up pretty quick i believe they do 0-60 in like 5.6 i could be wrong please someone correct me.

From a roll doing highway speeds, the old S600 would prettty much demolish the 350.

02 CLK 55 AMG,09 C63 loaded with P30
The S600,SL600 has 390hp V12 NA but lbs over 4k lbs. Well the older ones. The new ones TT V12 over 600hp! Topend they are quick.

The new S600's have around 510 HP not over 600 hp. The 65's have over 600 as do the Renntech modified 600 series V12 twin-turbo's.

no way..i just demolished a 2003ish gt convt. mustang on the newport blvd 55freeway transition in the s600. at a stop to 50, i can see how the CLK can do better possibly, maybe. but at a rolling go, 30+ mph. the s600 should have ripped you a new one.. maybe it wasnt a s600 coupe? s500 badged as a v12? i dont know, i cant speak for the 500's on how they do speedwise.
