c230k gets abused by a civic hatchback

c230k gets abused by a civic hatchback
These three civic kids are driving along the freeway slowing to speed limits and then gassing it to race eachother. During their slow speeds, they're all blocking the lanes going 45-50mph.
I squeeze by and pass up the blue fixed up hatchback and hit 80mph. The civic comes up fairly quickly (with his buzzing exhaust that sounds like it's gunna fall apart. Clearly not a Greddy which would otherwise sound great) and tails me. I can almost see his face. Bumper to bumper he's on my *** and I can't see his plates.
We hit 85mph and for a moment I think of braking just to screw up his car. But then I realized my bumper was just fixed and repainted and going through that would be a paint let alone cost more money.
He finally gets bored, changes lanes and zooms ahead. I let him be b/c this particular freeway on a weeknight is filled with cops.

Wait...so the only reason you didn't slam your brakes and make the civic crash into your car at 85mph was because you don't want to dent up your bumper?

fyi....it doesnt matter what hits you at 85 mph. you slam your brakes on the highway and get hit by anything going 85, you are royally f*cked up. Kind of like your thought process. Use your brain man.

Uh, am I missing something? If i slammed on the brakes in front of a trunk, my butt would be screwed. But doing so in front of a 80's hatchback civic would probably screw up the honda more than my car. Not sure if you guys read the rest of it, but i did NOT brake.
