It sucked cuz he is a friend of mine. He had a built stroker motor (just had it rebuilt, with a new port and polished head for more flow and got the car back monday) so I dont know why it blew. Oh well, I wasn't really prepared for the race since I was just going to the store to get distilled water to fill my intercooler circuit and they say me and wanted to race LOL (He had fuel tank empty and light on, I had a full tank of pump gas; I had my heavy 19" DPE wheels on street tires, he had his Volks on) I think I would have had him on spray anyway. The Evo should make ~500whp on a dynojet and it has been lightened up for road racing (also short gears and car tops out before 170mph). I was surprised how well my car hung with him.

On a cool dry day when the temp gauge is around 80c my Clk55 traps 110mph.

Carl that one good run was from a 40-xxx. You got me by a car. Also the one good run with Will was a similar outcome. The point when you pulled and didnt pull anymore was when I backed off.
