LOL! raced a miata Mx-5
ok..ok ok .. i know it's wasn't a fair race bt c'mon he was eggin me on, and i had to shut him up, it was an 05 i think maybe newer, bt had dual exhaust, lowered, young asian punk was driving, wasn't really into racing as i was on my way home from work, tired, and wanting to relax, til i see this miata at the side of me trying to keep up. due to traffic in front of us, i i juss kept at 40 mph, then his lane opend a bit more so he kinda went ahead of me in his lane and while passing me, revved his little 2.0 buzzer...anywho, i gave him a taste of the AMG inline, since i did my magnaflow highflow cat and straight piping the car has been very loud. LOL he was like wtf? lol....lane opened up cuz light turned yellow, and me n him stayed back at the light, that is wat we were hopin for...i turned off my traction, and powerbraked a little over 1500 RPM, when green hit, i punched down the pedal, and left a trail of screeches as i instantly pulled 1 car length, then just totally ran away from the car....
hey he chose to embarrass himself, my turn was coming up, i juss gave him a thumbs up to make it seem more fun and friendly, he did the same and flew by...nice lil miata tho...just thougt i'd share a funny experience today

Have heard about and seen some videos of Miatas with drop in V8 engines too...so some will give you a run.

loli know it's insane, well with the way the engine sounded when he revved it i was sure it was small, bt i've heard an LS1 miata before lol those are LOUD...i do have old sound clips, i will post em up today sumtime sit tight

I use to have a 2006 MX-5 when it first came out, I was literally one of the first ones on the street...thought the car was really nice...had it in 6 speed with every option, black on tan. However, the car was really slow and unpractical for me...I even did the mazdaspeed exhaust / intake and it still wasn't quick at all...uncomfortable car as well. I definitely believe you beating up on one, especially if it was stock. Nice kill.

I raced my fat neighbor and his dog in his 06 miata, i dont know why the dog was in there but all i saw was the dog hanging out the window when i punched it. Pretty funny

Yeah I ran an MX-5 a couple years back and it was a complete joke. Some dude trying to impress his wife.....similar scenario, I was on the way home and the guy clearly wanted to go pretty bad. Luckily it was a quick humiliation for him, more annoying than satisfying for me.
