lol...thanks!! I have a somewhat "Tale of Two Cities" life. I lived in Mount Vernon until 7th grade. Then moved to northern Westchester...where my family had horses and belonged to a nice country club and I played golf all summer.... I didn't think that would help with my street cred.. what do you think?

The 445lbs was in my last set of pyramiding...admitedly 9 years ago. I also did 405lbs in competition when I was 20 y/o (17 years ago). I don't lift too heavy anymore..but I am sure that for 1 rep I could still put up over 400lbs.
