He was trying to pass you and when it turned into a race he probably thought you were a little cuckoo. That would be my thought process. I bet it felt good though. A Tacoma actually tried to beat me on an entrance ramp.

You'd destroy it. When I was NA my 500 with just exhaust and a tune had no problems wih them. From a dig I put a lot of distance on them in a hurry, from a roll it was far closer but still had no problem staying ahead and pulling away.

Uh you guys saying the 370Z is faster are crazy. I can't tell you how many of these cars I have ripped on. All I have is ecu tune, air filters, x-pipe, no secondaries, light weight Brabus wheels.

I think its kind of funny to read the comments of people getting pissed about street racing.
I for one don't give a s@#$ what people do as long as they can control their car and we're not surrounded by traffic.
Tonight an Audi A8 (think it was just the 4.2) rolled up beside me and wanted to race. Had it in 5th in Manual to cruise in the far left lane going about 60. He got next to me in the middle lane (I think he saw the 5.5 badges) got over in the right lane to pass a slow moving car and then I heard em floor it. I couldn't resist so I shifted down to 3rd. floored it and quickly showed him the taillights, when I looked at the gauges I was going 95 and had passed him by a car length.
We both stopped because of some traffic up ahead, after that we had a little more open room and every time our door mirrors met he let off the throttle and drifted back.
I guess he maybe consindering an AMG S Class for his next purchase.
