I was driving to work this morning and as I come near my shop i have this black E39 BMW M5 blow right past me and start tapping his brake lights. I assume it was a challange so I take a small detour since i still had 30 minutes to spare and follow the M5. We both made a Uturn and came up to a light. When the light turned green we both hit it.. let me tell you, this was the best launch I had EVER done with my car, no tirespin, gripped and got to go full throttle in 1st gear with all grip.. well obviously right off the line I already got 2 cars on the M5.. by about the end of 3rd gear I already had at least 5 cars on the M5. All this was near the place i ran the SL55 a while ago. Anyways, after we ran, i just sat in the right lane cruising by slowly and the M5 with an aggrivated driver is flying down teh street to try to pass me after I already claimed victory and slowed down. I dropped it into 2nd and as he flew next to me with full momentum, I hit it again, get right next to him and feather the throttle staying next to him and waving at him. He looked over with this look of amazement and kept going as I slowed down and pulled into work. This guy was probably in his 30s, with a gotee and all wearing an ///M5 hat. ...great way to start a morning.

ECU upgrade, pulley kit, SL55 splitter, Greenfilter USA filters!!! I should be around 330-340whp, thats about 400hp to the flywheel!!!

So the kill was due to the less weight of the C32 and the good launch. Its suprising how much difference a good launch makes.

weight makes a difference but was not the main deciding factor of hte outcome of this race... i give most credit to the efficiency of hte C32 to put most of the powerband to the ground and the low end power + a good launch (due to lots of practice).

Something was wrong with an M5. .

You wouldnt get 2 or car lenghts on an good runing M5...

I've race C32 my M5 before...he was stock and I was stock...I beat him...by 2 cars up to 160-180km...

I am sure with a modded C32 you would of been able to beat a reg M5...but not by that much...

we are in the low 100s here too in these months but we get so much rain taht its not dry heat, its humid heat.. you will sweat up a storm even standing in teh rain!!!

and when it rains... the rain is warm also....

this place is hot all year round. id really love to visit a place with weather as bad as this....
