Alright it's getting close to sunrise here and I have a pretty busy day tomorrow with some clients. Anyhow, we'll talk more about this later and I wish you the best of luck with it. Never give up on trying to contact these people, you can only try do to the interest level on these homes they will rarely return your calls. Persistence is the key

MJ, I got your pictures on the home. It's really not in that bad of condition once you really see what's on the market. Trust me, there's some pretty rank homes out there.
