Racey mood-- no one wants to race... why???
Well...
Today I went out, with my friend, looking for some body to race. A slow monday. Took the day off, and just went out. Plenty of hot rides out there, and not one of them wanted a run.
I took-- or rather my passenger took a few photos of some of the hotter rides. Ferrari, Porsche, some speedbike, no one was in a racey mood. Lame. Whats with everybody this week? What a slow, and dissapointing start, espically when I don't see 550s Marenellos everyday. Oh well... maybe next time...
Me want to race. No one wants to race.
Everyone wants to race. Im down and dont want to race.
All else aside, enjoy the pics... the Ferrari was beautiful, cruised with style and grace, the Porsches rolled the freeway with an authoritve stance, and the Motorbike cruised as if one with wind-- and yet not one, driver was willing to settle for a friendly run.

Dude....be happy you even see Ferraris on the highway. Where I live, I'm lucky If I run into a Porsche every now and then. I see a few M3's here and there....but it always seems like they are on the other side of the highway.

try at night on 405 or 57. i usually get some good races on the 57. not really high end cars like yours. raced a CTS and audi last time doing 140ish. i run into a lot of spoiled kids with m3's and that sort down the 5 south around irvine. they love to show off. haha

Im racing say a Ferrari or Lamborghini. Than, Im willing to go faster, but just to prove some Cobra wrong or something I wont risk my SL, thats my baby, and if I would ever crash with it. I would kill myself, if I don't die from the crash.

Incidentally, I've come across a 575 and an SL 55, and the 575 proved to be more of a challenge (might be a driver thing though).

As for the SL55 vs. 575, I believe the SL55 should also beat it-- heck the SL55 beats the Murcielago in high-speed punches.
And what car do you own, if I may inquire?
Welcome to the boards!

Thanks, ironically, I logged in because of the increase of people trying to race the bike with C320 , 230 , C32/36s.
