Serpentine belt issue

Ok need some help guys. My serpentine belt keeps derailing and I'm clueless as to why. I've replaced the tensioner and water pump. And all the other pullies move freely like they should and nothing is leaking on the belt to cause it to slip... what else could it be?

While the eng. is running, look at Crankshaft Pulley from a side view and see if it wobbles.

Contrary to popular belief, pulleys are not supposed to free-wheel when spun manually. There is supposed to be resistance w/o noise. Remove the belt and spin the idler pulley by hand. If it free-wheels, with or without noise, replace it.

I checked the crank pulley last night and it doesn't wobble. Also the idler pulley doesn't Spin freely... it spins like you described...

What if you replace the belt, maybe belt is stretched out??? Check if your all ur bolts if they are tight , on steering pump alternator tensioner idler.

Well then i have no idea, What about the AC compressor? How often does it come off? I bet you one of the items have a bad bearing and it overheats and seas up, that is when ur belt fall off.

Then one of the belt driven components is faulty or the tensioner you installed is not OE.

Fully remove the belt and re- check every component.
