ML320 Vibrates on slow turning.
Hello I am new member to this website, but have used this these forums to help fix my ML320. I am having an issue with my car when i am slow turning left or right. Its more severe on the left side of the vehicle. Reading previous forums, i changed out the CV joints both sides, Inner/outer tie rods both sides and replaced the rubber bushings. My lower ball joints has no signs of wear and have done the 6/12 and 3/9 wiggles and seams pretty solid. I still need to replace my rear upper control arms and break/rotor soon, but i dont think that has anything to do with the rattling and vibrations. Does anyone else have any suggestions?

98-99 ML's always had an issue with the Transfer Case ratio. Start by changing the T-case fluid
Buy 2 qts. of any fluid listed and pump in 1 1/2 qts. capacity used.

So i changed the Transfer Case fluid and differential fluid and i am still getting the rough, vibrating when slow turning. Cars runs a lot smoother though after the fluid changes, but still has the same issue.

Then you have to get a new or used one or live with it.
Post your full vin # and I will supply you with the part number.

Will there by any major consequences if I just let it be and not repair or replace the transfer case? I’m sure that part is expensive and I am not sure how to do that myself. I’ve seen videos but looks too complicated for my knowledge.

I'm assuming that you recently bought this truck and you bought it with this problem.
You didn't post your vin number, but as you can see the T-case has been replaced twice.
Any repair requires a lift, so you had better seek professional help.
