Those tires sizes are getting hard to find regardless of manufacturer. Have you tried TireRack.com?
I would not be afraid to use Hankook tires. They might not be Michelins, but we had at least one set on our 2005 ML350. They preformed well on wet or dry streets and lasted 40,000 miles,

Consider these Yokahoma's maybe?

Also, you might consider 275/55/17's. I had them on the ML for a while, made it look like it never skipped leg day.

The AT's on the Ford have crawled all over these mountains diggin out wood to cut buck and haul home and a fair amount od local and hwy miles too. I have been dealing with these Kat's for 14 years now. They even mount and balance my MC tires 2 for 15.00 they are a great 3 generation family operation and give everyone great service and pricing. I trust them and when they say Yokohama,,, I say how much and "Get-er-Done. Good luck with your shopping.
