Just brought it home from the showroom... what a nice car. I think it found it's new home next to my black beauty...

Congrats on the ML, though one question folks why does the ML come with 4Matic Emblems, It used to come without it?

You'll have to ask DCAG

Thanks everyone! I really like the car, but I must say this... I also have a 2006 BMW X5 3.0 and I have to say for the same price, X5's build quality and ride exceeds the ML's. The X5 also feels like it has more "weight" to it, especially on the highway, making it feel like a brick, I'm not saying the ML is flimzy or anything, but I can tell the difference between the two cars. I guess the X5 has a "tighter" feel to it, maybe a touch sportier.

No options, it's as vanilla as you can get an ML350 execept mine has the Navigation System. I don't drive the S-Class to work, and I also purchased the S-Class whereas the ML is a lease, and I do take long trips back and forth and my intention was not to put those miles on the S-Class, enter the ML. I had a 2004 Mitsubishi SUV and MB combined the the price difference. They wanted $669/month for the ML by it self, but since they are taking the Mitsubishi lease off my hands, my monthly lease payment is around $720.

When you mean you X5, what year was it? The earlier X5 were problematic for me and cheap quality which was improved a great bit by the end of the first gen X5. The new X5 is terrible and handles worse than the older X5 and even the ML350 we have. Thats why we got the ML350 since it had a better straight line feel and easy turning in the parking lots whereas the new X5 had a very harsh bumpy feeling bumps even with the standard wheels and the steering was heavy than the older x5 at very low speed and flimsly feeling at high speed which is un BMW like. I prefer the ML350 but the X5 is a great car (last generation only).

The X5 is a 2006 3.0i.
