Question on aftermarket products

Hi, I just bought a 2008 ml350 p2 and was wondering if anyone could give me some advice as to where i can get aftermarket products for my car. I am specifically looking for an either hyper silver or chrome mesh inserts below the grill. I don't know how else to specify these parts but they are black plastic that surround the fog lamps and the long piece in between them. If anyone has pictures please let me know how i can see them. Thank you very much

Also, are there are "secret" tricks or "secret" menus that i can access with the command unit? Any special things I can change? Thank you again

Here's trick for the Comand unit. Press the know on the lower right six times and count how many of those the knob went straight in instead of tilting to the side!

I believe you meant the chrome ring on the fog lamsps . I paid around 50 bucks for it and it looks pretty good.

Contact Jerry at ForMyMercedes.com. I've purchased several "bling" type items from him and found him very helpful. I believe he has the chrome lower grill. He may have both an inexpensive item and a Schaetz model. I've found the Schaetz items to be slightly more "refined". The edges on the aerowings, for example, were sharp on the inexpensive pieces, but rounded on the Schaetz. Small difference, but significant. Even if you don't see what you want on the website, send him an email. I've found that he has access to more than what he lists. By the way, the fog light rings have been the single most impressive piece on my black '08. They stand out even with the factory grill guard.

I've heard on several forums that MB doesn't like us messing around with their 'engineer secret codes' on Comands. Rumors on 3-5-7.... and the likes are nolonger work.
